Cancellations in whole, in part, or no shows, may incur a penalty of at least one night’s deposit at the hotel’s discretion. Please note, if you are staying at the Sofitel Brisbane, and cancel your accommodation booking within 30 days of the Congress, all room nights will be charged by the Sofitel Brisbane. Cancellations at the Rendezvous Hotel may incur a fee of one night’s accommodation if cancelled within 14 days prior to the Congress. These are standard hotel policies and not a charge imposed by Hoteliers International.

Two bedroom apartments consist of a one bedroom apartment and hotel room combined, with separate electronic key access to each room, and a common electronic key access to main door / entrance.
