Congress from Wednesday 23 – Friday 25 August 2006. The workshops,
being held on Tuesday 22 August, 2006, are an optional activity
at an additional cost of $150 per person per workshop.

Full Registration
Registration for fulltime delegates includes Congress session and
industry exhibition admission, morning teas and lunches on the Congress
days of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, afternoon tea on Wednesday
and Thursday, one ticket to the Welcome Reception/Music Recital,
and a satchel containing the Congress handbook and other material.
The Congress Dinner is an optional activity at additional cost of
AU$110 per person.
The INORMS Congress member rate is applicable to the following
organisations:

- Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU)
- Association of Research Managers and Administrators UK (ARMA)
- Canadian Association of University Research Administrators
(CAURA)
- European Association of Research Managers and Administrators

- Swiss Association of Research Managers and Administrators (SARMA)
Day Registration
Day registration includes Congress session and industry exhibition
admission, morning tea, and lunch on the nominated day of registration
only, afternoon tea (excepting Friday), and a satchel containing
the Congress handbook and other material.
Welcome Reception/Music Recital and the Congress Dinner are optional
activities at additional cost. Welcome Reception – AU$55,
Congress Dinner – AU$110.
ARMS Annual General Meeting
Friday 25 August 2006
0800 – 0850 hours
The Australasian Research Management Society’s Annual General
Meeting will be held at the Sofitel Brisbane prior to session commencement.
The meeting will include a light breakfast. For catering purposes,
please indicate on the registration form if you will be attending
the AGM.
Workshops
Workshops are being held on Tuesday 22 August 2006. The workshops
are an optional activity at an additional cost of AU$150. Delegates
wishing to participate in the workshops must register on the Congress
registration form. Delegates may register for the workshops only,
without registering to attend the INORMS Congress.
Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Cheques
or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian
Bank and free of all charges. Alternatively, payment by credit card
is acceptable. Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment
is by credit card. Please note that debits to your credit card,
for registration fees only, will appear as Hotelier’s International
on your credit card statement.
Payment must accompany your registration form. INORMS Congress
registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By registering for INORMS Congress
2006 it is understood that you agree to your name, organisation
and State/Country being included on the Congress delegate list which
is distributed to delegates, sponsors and exhibitors at the INORMS
Congress. Your contact details may also be used for sending marketing
information relevant to INORMS Congress 2006 and any future INORMS
or related sponsor events.
If you do not wish your name to be included
in the Congress delegate list, please indicate on the registration
form.
Cancellation Policy
Delegate registrations may be cancelled up to/including Monday,
24 July 2006 without penalty. Between Tuesday 25 July and Monday
14 August 2006 (inclusive) you may cancel your registration and
receive a 75% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations
made after Monday 14 August 2006. Alternatively you may transfer
your registration to a colleague at no penalty. Cancellation or
changes to your registration must be advised in writing to the Congress
Managers.
